The Shoppes at College Hills is an open-air lifestyle center and is Bloomington/Normal’s newest and most unique retail destination anchored by Von Maur, Gordman’s, Hobby Lobby and Target. The exciting blend of retailers and restaurants includes more than 25 specialty stores like Coldwater Creek, Chico’s, J. Jill, Ann Taylor Loft, Jos. A. Bank, Flat Top Grill, Coldstone Creamery and much more.

The inviting landscaped outdoor environment creates a shopping experience second to none. Our state of the art water feature adds to the ambiance of the center. Other amenities include street lighting, seating areas, children’s play area and outdoor dining.
